This Is How Canada- US Trade Negotiations Are Going

With less than an hour to go on a deadline for a new round of US tariffs,  Prime Minister Carney instructed his negotiators to walk away. Then, he announced that he would order retaliatory tariffs on the United States “dollar for dollar.” A majority of Canadians agree that no deal is better than a bad deal and broadly support Carney’s hardline stance against U.S. tariffs

  2. He had no choice, and it was the right choice. Privately, the Orange shitpile will be raging that Mark Carney looks like the tougher one in this situation. But in the meantime...we all get to pay more for everything (while Trumplethinskin enriches himself and his plutocracy).
