Ann Telnaes is a Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist who worked for the Washington Post since 2008. The Post recently killed a cartoon of hers that criticized the billionaire tech and media chief executives who have been trying to curry favour with incoming President-elect Trump. She said the paper's refusal to run the cartoon was a "game changer" and described it as "dangerous for a free press". She resigned.
Telnaes recently did the artwork for this documentary about the U.S. election process by
Laura Nix, an Academy Award nominated filmmaker, and producer
Hanne Phlypo.
