Aldridge On A Roll


In 1969 artist Maurice Ivor Birch bought a 100 meter roll of paper for 10 shillings and began drawing his hometown of Aldridge, England on it. He finally finished the project in 2023.

    I suspect many of the things he sketched a no longer the same.
