To honour those who have inoculated hundreds of thousands of people against Covid 19 retired nurse Laura Weiss has created a 4-foot-tall chandelier made with hundreds of vaccine vials that she's called the Light of Appreciation.

When I got my shots and seeing a wasteb bin full of empties I asked for an empty vial as a souvenir. I was told it's not allowed for fear fake vaccines can be made using them which led me to believe the empties were getting destroyed. Guess not.
