When my uncle who lived alone became disabled the family hired three people through an agency to care for him. All three were from Nigeria, knew each other, came for college, and overstayed their visas. Once a year each would get a letter from the US government saying go home, which they would ignore. They got mail, had bank accounts, paid taxes, had MA drivers licences, but the government couldn't find them. xoxoxoBruce
