Wash the pain away! Schuldfabrik is a performance installation by Dutch artist, Julian Hetzel, that features soap produced from the donated fat of liposuction patients. Schuld is a German word expressing guilt as a moral duty and debt as an economical obligation. This work by Hetzel explores the conflict between these two meanings.
