Day of the Dead

The Día de los Muertos holiday was added to UNESCO's list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2008. This documentary, narrated by Death, explores the festival of the dead and the importance of death as a cultural component in Mexico. A Mexican radio dj and his listeners who call in provide insight into one of many stages of spiritual existence.
