A rare edition of the Bible that misses out the word "not" in the Seventh Commandment, resulting in the sentence "Thou shalt commit adultery" is up for auction at Bonhams in London where it is expected to fetch £10,000-£15,000 ($15,447-$23,170).
1000 copies of the bible with the typo were originally printed in 1631 by royal printers Robert Barker and Martin Lucas, who were stripped of their printing licenses and fined £300 after the mistake was discovered. Of these just nine are thought to exist today.
