Impressive Magazine has compiled a top 10 list of the world's most livable countries. My country, Canada, was number 5 on the list.

If your target is a big, economically powerful city, Toronto should be on your list. It also provides low crime rates, good education and a high quality of life. Ottawa on the other hand is more of a sporty city, with high incomes and prospect of prosperity. If you want an active and eclectic city and you speak French, Montreal should be on the list, as it is considered one of the most socially active and diverse cities in the world.
What? No mention of Vancouver?
