Leap Day Cocktail
Any One Have Any Good Leap Day Cocktails?
This one was created at London's Savoy Hotel for a Leap Day party in 1928:
2 ounces gin,
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1/4 ounce
fresh lemon juice
1 lemon twist for garnish
