Giant Coral Reef Discovered

Citizen scientists discovered a Great Barrier Reef coral giant ‘like a rolling meadow’.

Sophie Kalkowski-Pope and her mum, Jan Pope, discovered the 111-metre-long Pavona clavus colony offshore from Cairns in Far North Queensland, Australia.
