Service de police de la Ville de Montréal - SPVM confirms that a special operation was carried out yesterday morning at Hôpital de Montréal pour enfants - Montreal Children's Hospital. While the Tactical Response Team (GTI) assisted Santa Claus to ensure his safety and distribute gifts, an individual identified as "The Grinch" attempted to seize presents intended for young patients.
Thanks to the quick intervention of the GTI, the attempted flight was thwarted and the holiday magic preserved. The suspect was "placed under festive surveillance" and toured the gifts alongside Santa and the #SPVM team.
