Jimmy Carter Saved The Day In Canada 1952

The young Navy lieutenant from Georgia played a key role in helping prevent a nuclear catastrophe in 1952 at Chalk River Laboratories in Ontario Canada.

    He also personally went to 3 mile island to access the situation for himself instead of just getting reports that might be bias.
