Lovely ! No idea who it is, but she sounds like Lana Del Ray will sound some 25 odd years later ... a bit.
The vocalist is (I think) Susanna Hoffs of The Bangles. She recently collaborated on Rufus Wainwright’s Folkocracy which I loved.
