In Gun Crazy John Dall and Peggy Cummins play a couple whose love of crime and guns leads them down a deadly path. In 1998, this film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant." Cinema Cities explains why Gun Crazy is widely regarded as one of the most influential movies of its time.
