IMO there is no such thing as a bad grilled cheese sandwich. Third-generation cheesemonger, Adam Moskowitz, used 56 cheeses (including sprayable Easy Cheese!) to determine which one makes the best sandwich. Would it be terribly wrong to have one of these for breakfast? Because I can’t wait until lunchtime.
