There is a 23-acre town in Pickering, Ontario which is the biggest backlot in Canada. The outdoor film studio was built specifically for making movies and TV shows and has a fake gas station, a fake bar and grill, a fake dry cleaners, a fake variety store and every small detail like the bricks and ATMS are fake.The town as “easily expandable and can be converted to suit productions of all types, from rustic western settings to bustling New York City streets.”
