If you've left your baby doll in the car parked near a dollar store, they always have plungers in there. Also a plunger makes an excellent tabletop microphone stand. Cut it off to the perfect height, grind the shaft a little smaller for about an inch of the end till a mic clip /just/ screws onto it (if you've ground too far you can fatten it back out with electrical tape), and put some sticky felt spots or bits of foam on the base to absorb table vibration. I painted mine red.
ReplyDeleteThere is zero chance that I'd use a plunger for a microphone stand. Chances are less than zero that I'd use two of them to open a car window.
