Palestinian Farmer Discovers Byzantine Mosaic

Salman al-Nabahin, a farmer from Gaza’s Bureij refugee camp, was planting  new olive trees in his orchard when his shovel hit something underground. For three months he dug out the soil and eventually unearthed a stunningly well-preserved Byzantine floor mosaic.
