Panama-based Ocean Builders has designed a futuristic floating home inspired by icebergs. On February 3th, 2019 they successfully launched a full size prototype floating home suitable for life on the ocean in international waters 13 miles off the coast of Thailand. The next phase will focus on a shallow water version in the protected waters of a host nation. 

Pods are available starting at $295,000.
