This steel and resin prosthetic, worn by Marlon Brando in The Godfather, gave his character a 'bulldog jaw'. The device turned the forty-seven-year-old actor into seventy-five-year-old Mafia kingpin Vito Corleone. It looks mighty uncomfortable.
