The Journey

The Journey, launched on 6 April 2021 to mark the UN’s International Day of Sport for Development and Peace, tells the story of a female refugee who has had to flee her home to escape conflict and persecution. The film is an inspiring story that illustrates the power of sport to change lives.

The Journey is calling for global support of the Refugee Teams competing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
