Who Is This Woman With Hollywood Celebrities?

An album containing photographs of a woman posed next to the biggest stars in Hollywood was discovered at Opnieuw & Co, a Belgian thrift shop. Who was she and how did she get close to so many A-listers? Below she is pictured with Patrick Stewart, Harrison Ford and Tom Cruise:
