The United Nations' cultural agency has been criticized for covering up the intimate bits of a series of nude sculptures with underwear. Stéphane Simon's "In Memory of Me" series was intended to comment on the culture of selfie-taking. The artist says he is humiliated by the coverup. Surprisingly this happened in Paris where people are generally laissez faire about nudity.
