Crazy Train Street

This is a little too close for comfort. I wonder if the residents on this Hanoi street get a tax reduction for the annoyance.

    I can't help but notice the preponderance of foreigners in this video. Almost as if locals know better than to risk their lives for a photo-op.

    The locals just shrug when they hear the train approaching and whisper "crazy tourists" under their breath.
