When Jeffrey Lewis noticed that the words “sonic” and “sonnet” have a similar sound he decided to write Shakespearean sonnets based on Sonic Youth album tracks. On his website he has put up three mini-zines for the Sonnet Youth versions of Confusion is Sex/Kill Yr Idols, Goo and Daydream Nation.
