Once a month aviation geek Anthony Toth hosts the Pan Am Experience, a one-of-a-kind immersive dinner party based on the defunct Pan American Airlines.
The event is a time capsule of the airline as it was in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Attendees dine on one of 700 original airline china dishes and use authentic, antique utensils. It takes place in an entire 747 fuselage, obtained from a plane graveyard, and relocated to an aviation production studio in the North Valley area of Los Angeles.
