The Colorful Birds of Jakuchu Ito Baked And Iced

Japanese pastry chef Chihiro Ogura offers the art of Japanese mid-Edo period artist Jakuchu Ito in cookie form at her custom-made icing cookie shop, ANTOLPO. Jakuchu is known for his beautiful depictions of birds and Ogura has accurately captured the vivid colours of his paintings, albeit in a more sugary incarnation.
