your pits. Yes, you heard me correctly. Dr. Tsuneaki Gomi of the Gomi Clinic in Japan recommends putting an ordinary plastic bottle up in there to reduce perspiration. This creates a hemihidrotic reflex by putting pressure on the side of the pectoral muscle, inhibiting the production of sweat from the corresponding armpit.
