46 Years Ago Today
I remember the horror I felt as if it were yesterday. In 1970, in response to Nixon's widening of the Vietnam War into Cambodia, students throughout the US protested. Nixon sent the National Guard to restore order to the Kent State campus.
There were students I went to High School with that attended Kent State at that time. It was a crazy, strange time.
