Four simple curves of Rutland limestone with benches resembling a Quaker meeting place stand in a quiet grove of trees. The new memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire pays tribute to more than 1,300 Quakers who served in the Friends Ambulance Unit.
