Elizabeth Suda, founder of Article 22, is helping to heal the negative impact imposed on Laos during the Vietnam War. This is the story of the artisans who transform bombs and scrap metal into ARTICLE 22 jewelry. It is set against the backdrop of the Secret War in Laos, 1964-1973, which left the country the most heavily bombed in history.
