Geometric Coin Sculpture by Robert Wechsler

Artist Robert Wechsler's sculpture, The Caryatid, is a 6-foot tall column made of 15,000 newly minted US shield pennies notched and joined together in a dodecahedral lattice. It was created for the group show ‘In __ We Trust: Art and Money’ at the Columbus Museum of Art.
