Now you can print 3-D chocolate on 3D Systems' new Hershey's printer! The CocoJet heats and squeezes out tiny rows of chocolate paste into elaborate structures, much like traditional 3-D printers produce plastic objects. It can produce a bonbon in about 15 minutes that looks like an Escher etching. No news on a timeline for when the printer will be ready for purchase, or how much it will cost.
