Women are routinely charged more than men for a range of products and services including razors, haircuts and dry cleaning. Sparked by a petition with 30,000 signatures launched by the group Georgette Sand the French government is investigating this hidden “pink” tax. The group's Woman Tax Tumblr shows examples of what it calls "gender pricing".
