Today is International Youth Day. This short animation by Michèle Cournoyer was inspired by Article 29 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child which confirms the right of children to develop their talents and abilities to their fullest potential.
A little girl is so carried away by her love of music that instead of washing dishes, she turns them into musical instruments.
