The
Thorncrown Chapel is nestled in the Ozark Mountains near Eureka Springs, Arkansas. It is 48 feet tall with 425 windows and over 6,000 square feet of glass. Designed by
E. Fay Jones, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, the chapel was chosen 4th on the American Institute of Architects' top designs of the 20th century.
Unfortunately the
Southwest Power Company (SWEPCO) has proposed a 48-mile-long high voltage transmission line across the state that threatens the sanctity of Thorncrown’s pristine landscape. A petition against the proposal can be signed
