Location-based apps expose our data making us vulnerable to various types of exploitation. NYU students Xuedi Chen and Pedro G. C. Oliveira collaborated on a project called x.pose that makes the extent of our digital nakedness more visible. Their mobile app broadcasts the wearer’s digital data for anyone to follow. As more information is released the x-pose suit becomes more transparent.
