A Minimalist's Dream Kitchen

I have lived in my current house for almost 30 years and have accumulated stuff, lots and lots of stuff. I have open cabinetry and shelving with collections (depression glass, Staffordshire dogs, Blue Willow china, etc.), old photos and books on display.  I sometimes feel that I'd like to get rid of the detritus of living and start all over. I have to admit this kitchen appeals to me.

Architecture firm i29 uses wooden panels to keep the fridge, sink, dishwasher, and washing machine out of view. All that's left on display is a table that contains a water cooling unit and electrical cables inside with a sink, embedded hob, and a large pendant light hanging above.
