Baroque Hot Air Balloon Light Bulbs

I love these hot air balloon light bulbs that I found at Steampunk Tendencies.

I tried to track down the original source which seems to be Balloonatics Enterprises but could not find an active website for them.

  1. "* The Balloonatics gallery on F Street in Salida shut after proprietor Michael Wiegand was found guilty of 25 misdemeanor and two felony counts in connection with charges that he’d inappropriately touched and photographed a local child and also downloaded sexually exploitive pictures of children on his computer. The artist is known for his intricately-detailed renditions of hot air balloons which incorporate light bulbs of all shapes and sizes."

    Guess that's why.

im lynn rosa and one of the artists that worked alongside Michael back in 2000 thru 2004. The subject in question was the 6 yr old daughter of the owner of Remax located next to Balloonatics on F street. Michael creator of the idea, sold Balloonatics to a couple from Missouri, when charges were filed. Anyone that knew him will tell you he was an outgoing friendly man, our salesman, while 2-3 of us worked in the back. We contend today Michael never touched any child inappropiately. He died in 2019.
