The 'Churchill Historical Bitters' is the third in a series created by London experimental food developers The Robin Collective. The group has extracted historical essences from the residences and workplaces of some of Britain’s historical personalities..
The ‘War Rooms Martini’ (£15) is made with moisture extracted from the walls of Churchill's WWII cabinet bunker. The Churchill Bar & Terrace at Hyatt Regency London will be serving this cocktail from November 1st to mark Churchill's birthday on the thirtieth.

One of these martinis and you'll be declaring war on Germany!
