The ‘War Rooms Martini’ (£15) is made with moisture extracted from the walls of Churchill's WWII cabinet bunker. The Churchill Bar & Terrace at Hyatt Regency London will be serving this cocktail from November 1st to mark Churchill's birthday on the thirtieth.
