Prophylactic Rain
This space was once occupied by a public swimming pool and more recently has served as a public square for the community. Unfortunately the space will soon turned into a luxury market for tourists.
This interactive installation by anonymous artistic group, Luzinterruptus, leaves a little lighted water in memory of former uses.
The "raindrops" are condoms filled with colored water that fill the square space accompanied by the gentle sound of moving water.
Prophylactic rain that doesn’t wet anything from luzinterruptus on Vimeo.
Time of installation: 2 days.
Damages: none.
Exhibition time: 18 hours.
