Puts me in mind of a very informative display in a hospital in Toronto. It was a bulletin board, showing various types of popular food...with containers beside them, containing the actual amount of salt &/or sugar in those servings of food. It was quite disturbing...seeing a visual of the amount of salt & sugar we might intake without thinking. Some people doing so on a regular basis. How the message is conveyed is very important...as is this 'calories by food type'. Great post...thanks!
