Carnival in Quebec 1957
When I was a kid growing up in Montreal the Quebec City Carnival was a huge event. School programs were designed around it and we all got a little Bonhomme to attach to our jacket zippers.
I was amused when the narrator pronounced Lévis as Lee-vis. He must have been from Ontario.
