Patti Smith and Russell Crowe Duet In Reykjavik!



Smith was touring the country and Crowe was in Reykjavik filming his new movie Noah.

  1. I'm not a Russel Crowe fan, I'm not sure I've ever seen one of his pics, but I am a Patti Smith fan!

    And look at all those books! was it a gig in a bookshop? Iceland claims the world's highest literacy rates, and sells more books per head of population than any other country. Every house, every apartment has books, books, more books. And paintings and sculpture, and music. It may have changed now, but back in 1980, when I lived there, there was NO television at all on thursdays, and no television at all for the entire month of July. Why? So storytelling, and family activities, and music would live on in the land of the sagas.
    And in July? You shouldn't be inside, glued to the gogglebox, you should be out, making hay, making love, and laughing in the sunshine.
