La Dame de Pic restaurant has teamed up with Philippe Bousseton, who creates perfumes for Takasogo to design perfumes based on flavour pairings built around three dishes and a dessert, four variations on the first note. Three menus are based upon fragrance profiles - vanille ambrée, iode & fleurs, and sous bois & épices.
