Chef Anne-Sophie Pic of La Dame de Pic restaurant has teamed up with Philippe Bousseton, who creates perfumes for Takasogo to design perfumes based on flavour pairings built around three dishes and a dessert, four variations on the first note. Three menus are based upon fragrance profiles - vanille ambrée, iode & fleurs, and sous bois & épices.
