Chardonnay Cover-Up

I'm made of tough stuff. I've seldom met a bottle of wine I haven't been able to chug while holding my nose. For those more refined winos CHOW has a cocktail recipe that will allow you to drink that plonk without resorting to nose holding.

INGREDIENTS
Ice
4 ounces dry white wine, chilled
2 ounces Aperol
5 dashes orange bitters
1 lemon twist, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice. Add the wine, Aperol, and bitters and stir to combine. Rub the lemon twist around the rim of the glass, place in the drink, and serve immediately.

It looks good but, honestly, who has Aperol and orange bitters on hand?
