The Ultimate BLT-Sandwich

I thought I loved bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches with Wonder bread, Miracle Whip and sliced tomatoes but Simply Delicious pimps the BLT by roasting the tomato, using homemade smoked chili aioli, sourdough bread and, of course, top quality bacon. I think you'll agree that it looks wonderful.
