What on earth is causing the low frequency rumbling sound that has been interfering with the sleep of the residents of Windsor, a Canadian border city, for more than a year. The Canadian minister of foreign affairs has sent his parliamentary assistant to get to the bottom of the mystery that has sparked thousands of complaints.
