Who knew that x-rays could be so beautiful?
Photographer David Maisel created a series of amazing photos of x-rays of antique statues, sculptures and fragile vessels. The x-rays, used for conservation purposes, are from the archives of collections at the Getty Museum and the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco. The series is titled History's Shadow.© David Maisel, from History's Shadow |
